GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a dependable Stewarding Team Member for PM shifts. This full-time role supports our culinary and banquet operations, keeping dishwashing areas clean, organized, and efficient for service.

You will wash and sanitize dishes, restock supplies, assist with banquet setup and event support, and follow sanitation standards. Lifting up to 50 pounds and weekend/holiday shifts are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room throughout each shift.
• Clean kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling from all kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with banquet setup, breakdown, and event support as needed.
• Transport equipment, tables, and supplies for banquet functions.
• Ensure all sanitation and food safety standards are followed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and assist with general kitchen organization.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with cleaning and operational needs.
• Perform additional stewarding duties as assigned.

Stewarding Team Member (PM Shift) - Full-Time

Position: Stewarding Team Member
Status: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
Shift: PM / Evenings (including weekends and holidays as needed)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Stewarding Team Member to join our culinary team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen and banquet operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a clean and safe work environment while supporting the culinary and banquet teams during service.
