Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Steward to support the dining team. You will stand on your feet most of the shift, washing and sorting dishes, returning items to storage, and helping maintain a clean restaurant area.

The role offers flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. We welcome candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent; no prior food & beverage experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior food and beverage experience required; ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash dirty dishes and utensils.
• Return washed dishes and utensils to storage areas.
• Help keep the restaurant area sanitary through sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables.
