Job summary

StripSteak Waikiki is seeking a Steward to be a vital part of our back-of-house team, ensuring all kitchen tools, dishes and equipment are clean and ready for service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. You will be the foundation of our kitchen team with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

1–2 years' experience in fine dining preferred; candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining a positive

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and peers.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• As a Steward, ensure all kitchen tools, dishes and equipment are clean and ready for service.
• Support back-of-house operations to maintain organization and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
