Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and peers.
• Extensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques including advanced knifework, butchery, and fabrication.
• A positive attitude and an active interest leadership.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
