StripSteak in Honolulu is seeking a Steward to keep all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment impeccably clean and ready for service. You will support the back-of-house team, ensuring organization and sanitation in a fast-paced, fine dining setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in high-volume kitchens, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude. You’ll stand and move for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and contribute to a safe, efficient kitchen environment at StripSteak.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume kitchen.
• Effective communication with management and peers.
• Dependability, reliability, and accountability.
• Positive, can do attitude.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to work clean and organized as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
