The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Utility Steward to join the Food and Beverage Team!

Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As a Steward, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
2. Scrub pots and pans.
3. Burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silver.
4. Stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
5. Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash.
6. Transport and store clean serviceware.
7. Train other stewards, as needed.
8. Prepare and place clean serviceware for events and functions.

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $29.04-$38.73 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
