Description

Marriott Fort Lauderdale North is looking for a Part Time Steward / Dishwasher.

• Responsible for washing dishes and pots and pans as well as cleaning kitchen areas.
• Empty and wash garbage cans.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized.
• Wash, organize and inventory china, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans per standards.
• Clean and monitor dish machine as needed.
• Sweep and mop walk in refrigerators, kitchen areas and breakroom.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role:

• Previous experience in Stewarding at a hotel or restaurant level.
• Must be conversational in English
• Ability to stand for 7-8 hours per shift.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $13.50/Hr. - $13.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
