Job summary

Crawford Orthodontics in Lincoln, CA seeks a Sterilization Technician to keep a safe, sterile environment for patients and staff. You will travel between our Lincoln and Rocklin offices, supporting fast-paced orthodontic care.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow established protocols for cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilizing medical equipment and instruments.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality before and after sterilization.
• Operate sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves, in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Assist with the organization and stocking of supply areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient sterilization of equipment.

Crawford Orthodontics is a fast-paced and busy orthodontics office located in Lincoln, CA. We not only change your smile – we transform your life. We are seeking an experienced Sterilization Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the technical and organizational skills to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively with other members of the team. Travel is required between our two offices in Lincoln and Rocklin.

Schedule & Locations

• This is a full-time position Monday through Friday - No Saturdays
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:45 AM-6:00 PM
• Friday 7:15 AM-4:00 PM
