Role: Sterilization & Lab Assistant

The Sterilization & Lab Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive environment for both patients and team members. This position is responsible for the proper sterilization of orthodontic instruments in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines and supporting lab operations including the fabrication and management of dental appliances such as retainers. The role reports to the Doctor & Practice Manager, is classified as Non‑Exempt, and the pay range is $18‑$19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper decontamination and sterilization of orthodontic instruments
