Job summary

Qualderm Partners is seeking an Instrument Sterilization Technician to ensure surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and organized for Mohs procedures and dermatologic surgeries. You will support the clinical team by maintaining a compliant sterilization area and accurate logs, contributing to safe patient care.

Ideal applicants will have a high school diploma, familiarity with sterile processing, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sterile processing or medical environment preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization principles.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments according to established protocols.
• Operate and monitor autoclaves and other sterilization equipment.
• Maintain accurate sterilization logs and documentation.
• Prepare surgical trays for Mohs procedures and dermatologic surgeries.
• Monitor instrument inventory and communicate supply needs.
