Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a skilled technician to support its dosimetry and irradiation operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will input records, load sterilized product, prepare dosimeters, operate the dosimeter reader, and help ensure safety and quality across shifts.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, fluent English, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with tape measures. Forklift experience is a plus, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to perform basic math operations.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending/repetitive motions.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Records input, dosimeter and unload information in the computer.
• Loads and unloads product into totes sterilized through irradiation.
• Prepares dosimeters for work orders.
• Operates and reads the dosimeter reader.
• Assembles processed dosimeters with run data sheets and load/unload sheets.
• Adheres to emergency procedures and safety policies.
• Reports system problems to supervision or maintenance.
• Supports maintenance as needed.
