Pace Analytical Life Sciences, LLC is seeking a lab-focused professional to support our product engineering team. You will perform routine sterilization testing, analyze data, and document results in ELN in a shared lab environment.

The role emphasizes independent work after training, strong communication, and meticulous record keeping as you help advance sterilization-related medical instrument products for healthcare safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or applicable scientific field.
• Previous lab experience and/or knowledge of routine testing procedures and equipment.
• Experience with sterilizers or autoclaves a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding the basic concept of measurement systems, testing and calibration.
• Good time management and independence after training.
• Good organizational skills and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and routine testing using sterilizing equipment to determine characteristics and performance of materials.
• Operate and maintain lab instruments including sterilization vessels.
• Prepare samples, analyze data, document results, and prepare detailed reports.
• Assist in establishing new product specifications, test method development and equipment qualifications as needed.
• Document results in an electronic lab notebook (ELN) following standard documentation practices.
