Job summary

Wilson Orthodontics is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team in Gainesville, GA. You’ll clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment, keep chairs stocked, and support the orthodontic team with lab procedures and patient instructions.

This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to cross-train in related roles as our practice grows. High school diploma required; dental experience helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under the supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Cross-trains in other support positions as necessary.
