Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general and specialized instrument care duties.
• Provides supplies as needed for surgical procedures.
• Disassembles and cleans critical reusable medical equipment per MIFU.
• Inspects, packages, and reassembles instruments and trays per SOPs.
• Practices various sterilization techniques (HLV, gravity, e-beam) per MIFUs.
• Maintains records and document control per SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Adapts communication and service style to patient and staff; supports flexible scheduling.
