Job summary

LMH Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to decontaminate and sterilize instruments, inspect and assemble tool sets, and manage supplies for surgery procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; CRCST certification is preferred. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance while supporting a reliable operating room workflow and on‑call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CRCST certification preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate soiled instruments, utensils and equipment.
• Inspect, assemble, package and sterilize instruments and tools.
• Maintain adequate inventory and stock for procedures.
• Check equipment for leaks and defects; ensure proper cleaning.
• Organize and pull case carts daily and on call.
• Perform other duties as needed; attendance is essential.
