Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, sterilize, and store reusable medical devices and surgical instrumentation per IFU.
• Operate sterile processing equipment (washers, sterilizers) following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality and completeness; identify items needing repair or replacement.
• Assemble instrument trays and procedure sets according to standardized lists and quality standards.
• Maintain instrument tracking and traceability of devices.
