Job summary

Virtua Health in Marlton, NJ is seeking a CSS Technician for the 1st Shift to support infection control by cleaning, sterilizing and distributing surgical instruments and patient care equipment for use in operating rooms, L&D, and other areas.

Requires a high school diploma or GED with completion of a sterile processing program or CRCST/CBSPD certification within 6 months; prior sterile processing experience preferred. Hourly rate is $21.85–$32.83 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited sterile processing course or CRCST/CBSPD certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect and assemble surgical instruments.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize equipment for OR, L&D and related areas.
• Deliver and distribute clean/sterile supplies; assist in training new hires.
