Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Central Processing Technician for the Sterile Processing Department in Bellevue, WA. You will be responsible for decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instruments and trays, while supporting system improvements under supervision.

The role requires English communication skills, a high school diploma, and CRCST/CBSPD certification within one year. Prior sterile processing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CRCST or CBSPD certification required within one year of hire.
• One year of sterile processing experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, package and sterilize reprocessed items and surgical instrument trays.
• Develop and maintain systems and projects under the direction of the shift supervisor.
