The role requires high school diploma, up to three years of experience, and CRCST certification. Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to three years of Central Sterile or Sterile Processing experience.
• CRCST certification recognized by New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for decontamination and load washers.
• Operate decontamination washers and sterilizers.
• Assemble instrument sets and label trays.
• Monitor sterilization cycles and read indicators.
• Maintain clean work area and inventory.
