Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• One year related experience.
• CRCST or certified through national sterile processing program recognized by New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments for decontamination with proper sorting and process selection.
• Operate washers, sterilizers, and related equipment safely.
• Inspect instruments for bio-burden and proper condition.
• Assemble and label instrument sets following procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas and rotate stock to ensure oldest items are used first.
