United Surgical Partners International’s Roseville Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Sterile Processing Technician for a full-time role. The position focuses on Central Sterile Processing and OR support, with additional PreOp and PACU assistance as needed to ensure a clean, efficient patient care environment.

The role runs Monday through Friday with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holiday shifts. Pay ranges from $25 to $36 per hour, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Sterile Processing program required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Sterile Processing experience in medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of sterilizers and OR instrumentation is essential.
• Ability to prepare reports and keep records.

Roseville Surgery Center, is seeking a motivatedfull-time Sterile Processing Technician to join our team.

Roseville Surgery Center is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The Sterile Processing Technician cares for and maintains all surgical instrumentation and sets up supplies and instruments for surgery cases. This position will have a high focus on Central Sterile Processing and OR support, and will assist in PreOp and PACU as needed maintaining a clean and orderly patient care environment assisting nursing staff with appropriate patient care support. Consistently demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

The pay range is $25 - $36 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of Sterile Processing program
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required
• Sterile Processing experience in medical setting
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knows operating room instrumentation.
• Organized in setting up operating room instrument tray.
• Understands operation of steam/ gravity sterilizer.
• Understands Sterrad sterilizers.
• Ability to prepare reports and keep records.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is required
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
• Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians
• Computer skills required
