Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; certification within 12 months of hire is required.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills; ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills expected; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination & Cleaning: PPE usage, cleaning equipment, and documenting receipt per policy.
• Prep & Packaging: Inspect and assemble instruments, verify functionality, document missing items.
• Sterilization, High-Level Disinfection, & Sterile Storage: Select sterilization method, run cycles, perform monitoring tests.
• Casebuilding & Client Service: Process casebuild tickets, update records, communicate needs to CSP leadership.
