Talentify is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician for a full-time role in Massachusetts. You will prepare, sterilize, and assemble instruments for exams and surgeries, ensuring strict adherence to sterilization processes and patient safety.

Minimum of 1 year sterile processing experience required with certification due within 9 months of start. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Sterile Processing Technician within 9 months of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience.

Responsabilités

• Decontamination, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of supplies.
• Operate sterile equipment per posted procedures.
• Adhere to Sterile Processing dress code and infection control guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of ET0/sterilization parameters and indicators.
• Participate in in-service programs and quality assurance activities.
• Follow safety and body substance isolation protocols.
