Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an entry-level Sterile Processing Technician I to support the CSP team. You will assist with decontamination, prep, sterilization, and case-building under supervision to build independence over time.

The role includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for non-BILH employees and requires readiness to obtain a national certification within 12 months. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; certification within 12 months of hire.
• Must obtain CSPBD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and basic computer skills; clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination and cleaning of instrumentation per policies and guidelines.
• Prep and packaging of instruments and trays; verify functionality and labeling.
• Sterilization, high-level disinfection, and storage of sterile products.
• Process casebuild tickets, inventory management, and support perioperative staff.
