Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking team members for a night shift role in Kansas. The position involves sterilizing instruments, assembling trays, and maintaining a clean, well-documented work environment. Involvement in in-service education and adherence to protocols are required.

Required are basic instrument identification skills and the ability to operate steam sterilizers and washer/disinfectors. A high school diploma is required with preferred technical training and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or equivalent required.
• Technical/Vocational training preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

• Sterilizes instruments following established protocols.
• Participates in in-service education programs and training.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Assembles instrument trays accurately.
• Documents procedures and maintains thorough records.
