Job summary

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Kansas is seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our night shift. You will sterilize instruments, assemble instrument trays, and keep a clean, well-organized work area to support safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate steam sterilizers and washer/disinfectors. High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1+ position-related experience preferred.

• Sterilizes instruments following established protocols.
