Job summary

• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub procedures as assigned in the operating room.
• Assist in central sterile areas between scrub assignments as needed.
• Help keep the OR clean, organized, and stocked before shift end.
• Assist circulating nurse with patient care in the room.
• Stay updated on changes in the operating room environment.
