Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of Sterile Processing experience.
• Certification in CBSPD, CRCST, CSPDT or CST required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange rooms with instruments and supplies per department needs.
• Clean instruments and equipment; operate sterilization equipment per guidelines.
• Manage inventory: order, replenish, distribute instruments and reusable equipment.
• Follow safety, infection control and environmental protocols to protect patient care.
• Mentor entry-level Sterile Processing staff and support training.
