Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; one year of experience preferred.
• Certification: CBSPD, CRCST, CSPDT, CST required (one of these).
• Must understand instrument sterilization and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange rooms with instruments and supplies.
• Clean and sterilize instruments per guidelines.
• Handle inventory and distribute equipment for general and surgical use.
• Follow safety, infection control, and environmental protocols.
• Mentor and train Sterile Processing staff.
