Qualifications

• Ability to identify, break down and reassemble instrument sets per IFU.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble and package surgical instruments per protocols.
• Operate steam and chemical sterilizers and maintain sterilization logs.
• Track instruments and manage inventory to ensure OR readiness.
• Communicate effectively with OR teams and other departments.
