Tenet Healthcare’s Carondelet St. Marys Hospital in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to perform decontamination, assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments and to support case cart delivery in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, BLS certification, and IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification; 1 year of sterile processing experience is preferred. Join a collaborative team focused on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation including various software applications.
• Assembly and delivery of surgical and interventional case carts,
• Paring and replenishment of materials
• Collaborate with surgical partners to provide accurate instrumentation and supplies
• Other duties as assigned
