Job summary

You will perform decontamination, prep and pack, sterilization and dispatch, monitor instrumentation quality, and ensure safety and courtesy in interactions with surgical teams.

Education: high school diploma or GED; experience in healthcare preferred; national certification within 12 months of hire; rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Nationally recognized certification for Sterile Processing within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assembles supplies and places into case carts for procedures.
• Delivers sterile and non-sterile instrumentation and supplies to the OR.
• Operates processing equipment and performs decontamination and sterilization tasks.
