Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our CSP team in Beverly, MA. You will decontaminate, inspect, package, and sterilize instruments while coordinating with OR staff to ensure timely case readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and will obtain CBSPD or HSPA certification within 12 months. The role requires physical capability and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification (CBSPD or HSPA) within 12 months of hire is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, clean, and decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment.
• Inspect, assemble, and prepare instrument trays per established standards.
• Operate sterilizers (Steam, Low Temp, AER) and monitor cycles; document results.
• Build surgical case carts and coordinate with OR teams to meet real-time needs.
