Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our CSP team in Beverly, MA. You will decontaminate, inspect, package, and sterilize instruments while coordinating with OR staff to ensure timely case readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and will obtain CBSPD or HSPA certification within 12 months. The role requires physical capability and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

The Sterile Processing Technician 1 works with preceptors and the Sterile Processing Supervisor Technician to develop the skills required to independently perform all primary functions.
