You will perform disinfection, packaging, sterilization per MIFUs, maintain records, and collaborate with SPD leadership. Requires high school diploma; certifications like CRCST/IAHCSMM or CSPDT preferred; 2 years sterile processing experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2 years sterile processing experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and data entry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule must be available.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general and specialized instrument care duties.
• Provides supplies as needed for surgical procedures.
• Disassembles and cleans critical reusable medical equipment per MIFU.
• Inspects, packages, and reassembles instruments and trays.
• Performs High Level Disinfection and various sterilization techniques per MIFU.
• Maintains records and documentation per SOP.
• Adapts to diverse patient populations and maintains privacy.
• Other related duties as required.
