Job summary

Fairview Range seeks a Central Supply Technician/CRCST to join our Sterile Processing team in Hibbing, MN. The role includes processing and distributing stock, cleaning, decontamination, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization of patient care equipment.

On-the-job training available if CRCST not yet held. This part-time position offers 40–71 hours per two weeks with 8-hour Day/Evening shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to obtain CRCST certification within 1 year.
• Prior experience in Sterile Processing/Decontamination preferred.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain supply locations; apply FIFO stock rotation.
• Set up and distribute surgical cases per established preference list.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend PAR levels.
• Perform cart counts and inventory of reusable patient equipment.
• Operate and maintain decontamination equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain sterilization records and verify packaging integrity.
