Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HSD/GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train staff.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in planning and monitoring daily workflow.
• Provide direction for staff to maintain efficient work flow.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
• Maintain QA/QC activities and adherence to policies.
• Perform duties per written procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
