Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Sterile Processing or as CST/ST.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews instrument sets, trays, and packaged items to ensure proper sterilization.
• Ensures cleaning and decontamination follow policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Enforces standard precautions when handling contaminated items.
• Monitors sharpening schedules and coordinates repairs.
• Records and reviews sterilization results for safety compliance.
• Prepares reports of results or malfunctions to leadership.
• Manages resources to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Oversees training and education of team members on safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
