Qualifications

• CRCST or CSPDT certification required at hire.

• 5+ years in sterile reprocessing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of asepsis, instruments, and AAMI standards.
• Experience with instrument tracking programs required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and operations in sterile processing.
• Coordinate reprocessing of surgical instrumentation across decontamination, disinfection, washing, packaging, and terminal sterilization.
• Serve as liaison between OR and outside entities.
• Assist with recruitment and staff evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
