You will monitor real-time operations, provide mentorship to technicians, and collaborate with perioperative leadership to optimize instrument availability and workflow.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a Central Sterile Processing environment.
• Must acquire CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification within 12 months of hire date.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.; frequently lifting, pushing, pulling required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly facilitates shift operations and triages OR issues.
• Monitor logs and perform routine testing of equipment per standards.
• Supervise staff in decontamination, prep/pack, sterilization, storage, and casebuilding.
• Provide training, orientation, and performance feedback to staff.
