Alomere Health in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for the mid-day shift. The role handles sterilization, assembly, and storage of medical supplies, ensuring instrument trays meet quality standards and are ready for procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, collaborating with perioperative staff, and supporting the Surgical Services team. A high school diploma is required; prior related experience is preferred. 401(k) and health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking for majority of shift required.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and distribution of trays.
• Experience with basic quality assurance practices is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform biological and chemical monitoring per QA standards.
• Provide sterile instrument sets, equipment and case carts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Perioperative Nursing staff and Surgical Services to support instrumentation and supplies.
• Lead role responsibilities after successful completion of required training.
• Perform other related duties in a professional and responsive manner.
