Job summary

Alomere Health in Minnesota is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to sterilize, assemble, and distribute medical supplies and instruments for the surgical services department. You will maintain standards for decontamination, inspection, packaging, and sterilization of instruments, and support case carts with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Sterile Processing or hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization, decontamination, inspection, and packaging of surgical instruments.
• Assemble sterile instrument sets, trays, and case carts for procedures.
• Collaborate with Perioperative Nursing staff and Surgical Services leadership; support training and lead responsibilities as assigned.
