Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent certificate from a nationally recognized organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, sterilize and assemble instruments for use in patient care.
• Load and operate mechanical washers, ultrasonic cleaners and sterilizers.
• Maintain instrument tracking system and logs; ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Prepare case carts, stock supplies and deliver sterile items to departments as requested.
• Follow Universal Precautions, PPE protocols and all regulatory standards.
