Job summary

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, OR seeks a Manager of Sterile Processing Services to lead SPS operations supporting Patient Care areas and Linen services. You will supervise SPS staff, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements while aligning with Asante's strategic plan and values.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field – or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (2 additional years of experience if no degree) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related allied health field, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of recent SPS experience in a health care setting comparable to that of the Asante Health System, with two additional years in a management position.
• ONE of the following certifications: CSPDT, CRCST, CSPDS.
