Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Quality Review Sterile Processing Tech in Elmhurst, IL. The role is full time or travel‑ready, 12:00 noon–8:30pm, with some required travel to other Endeavor Health locations.

You will ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, AORN and AAMI standards, coordinate staff education, and manage instrument inventories. CSPDT or CRCST certification is required, with 2 years in sterile processing and project‑based education experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in health care sterile processing or procedural area
• Experience in project management and staff education preferred
• Understanding of regulatory standards and quality improvement processes

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, AORN, AAMI and local codes
• Coordinate staff education through one‑on‑ones, huddles, meetings and orientation
• Assist with maintenance and inventory of instrument trays, sets, and supplies
• Maintain instrument count accuracy and update records as needed
• Analyze reported data and suggest improvements
• Identify staff training needs and develop education programs
