Endeavor Health is seeking a Supervisor for Sterile Processing in Elmhurst, IL. This full-time role works the 3:00pm-11:30pm shift, with a pay range of $27.14 to $40.71 per hour based on experience and credentials. Requires a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Certification in CBSPD or HSPA, with certification in Endoscope Reprocessing within 6 months. Three years SPD experience with one year in supervision; five years SPD experience overall.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Certification: Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) required. Obtain Certified Endoscope Reprocessing Certification within 6 months of accepting position.
• Three years experience in SPD with one year supervisory experience.
• Five years experience in SPD.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sterile processing function of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Maintain and provide an adequate supply of sterilized products for the OR, nursing units, and other departments.
• Oversees and evaluates the performance of all support positions in the department.
