• CRCST certification at time of hire or commitment to obtain.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead others and coordinate department goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to ensure department efficiency.
• Provide QA reporting, orientation and training for staff.
• Oversee instrument processing, sterilization, and cart assembly.
• Assist in safety/compliance and education.
