Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Four years of sterile supply and processing, inventory experience.
• CRCST or CSPDT and CIS or CSIS certifications required.
• Surgery environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SPD staff, staffing and evaluation within delegated authority.
• Provide direction to staff, coach and develop competencies.
• Ensure department productivity, quality and safety while meeting budget objectives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure instrument readiness and cost efficiency.
