Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred graduation from surgical technology program or degree.
• 3 years of experience leading teams in sterile processing.
• CRCST or CST certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the sterile processing department, supervising staff and daily operations.
• Manages inventory and distribution of supplies and equipment to user areas.
• Ensures proper handling and reporting of inventory transactions.
• Trains and develops staff; motivates employees to achieve objectives.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and patient privacy.
