Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge to identify instruments and assembly in CSR and OR areas.
• Understanding of instrument decontamination and sterilization.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate complex daily activities.
• Intermediate computer skills with troubleshooting aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Sterile Processing staff and evaluates performance.
• Serves as liaison between surgery and department staff.
• Ensures safe practices for decontamination and sterilization.
• Coordinates OR prep and instrument readiness for cases.
• Maintains records and quality assurance documentation.
• Manages inventory and distribution of sterilized supplies.
